Jonathan split his time growing up between Crowley, Texas and Saudi Arabia. After eight years in Saudi Arabia his family moved back to the Ft. Worth area. Once he graduated high school he went on to become a Red Raider at Texas Tech University. He was actively involved in his church, vice president of the youth board and the college organization he cofounded, Pentecostals of Tech. He received his bachelor degree in Business Management and currently works as a Loss Mitigation Specialist at Nationstar Mortgage.
      Kayla is a West Texas girl. She was born and raised in Lubbock. She too is a Red Raider. Kayla worked 40 hours a week, had a total of three internships during college, went to school full time, traveled the country giving speeches to her peers and taught a weekly bible study at her church. She received her bachelor degree in three and a half years majoring in Public Relations with a minor in English. She now works for the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and the HP Byron Nelson Championship as the Communications Coordinator.
      Jonathan and Kayla met when Jonathan came to Lubbock to attend college and have been together ever since. In Jan. 2007 they made Dallas their home and began attending North Cities. July 28, 2007 they were married after being together 7 years. And the rest is history.
